The Iconic Speaker Network Member Pamela Coleman: Survivor, Author, and Advocate for Mental Health

Pamela Coleman, a Charlottesville, Virginia native and survivor of mental abuse, has transformed her challenging journey into a source of inspiration and support. In her compelling book, "is this me? Am I her?", she courageously reflects on years of abuse, lies, and secrets. Growing up under the protection of her father, grandmother, and brother, Coleman faced adversity during middle school, turning to alcohol as a coping mechanism influenced by her mother's actions.

Her impactful book serves as a testament to resilience, and she aims to extend her support to others who have undergone similar experiences. As a recipient of the Impact Award for her dedication to supporting and encouraging others, Coleman's influence extends beyond her writing.

Beyond her literary pursuits, Pamela Coleman is deeply passionate about men's mental health. She channels her commitment into her online life coaching business, "Finding Your Path," where she applies her coaching skills and life lessons to assist others. Notably, during the Christmas holidays, she provided free support to over 26 individuals, ensuring that no one feels alone or turned away.

In her role as a full-time professional working with high school students from other countries, Coleman bridges the gap between students and teachers, facilitating a smooth transition for the students to receive the best possible education. Her personal cheerleaders are her sons, Eric and Evan Coleman, along with her grandson Maverick.
